Our new medication is being studied to help people like you take control of diabetes more effectively
Study Purpose
Evaluate how well this new study medication helps control blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Requirements

18–75 years old
-
Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 23
-
HbA1c greater than 6.5% and less than 10.5%

Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
Major Disqualifications
-
Type 1 diabetes mellitus
-
Uncontrolled hypothyroidism
-
History of chronic or acute pancreatitis
-
Cancer in the last 5 years
Study Appointment Schedule
We have 2 different studies:
Study 1: Screening visits (2) + 15 weekly visits
Study 2: 30 days alternating 4 days in-patient + 3 days with outpatient visits + 3 follow-up visits.
Study Medication
Designed to control the blood sugar levels
Duration
Study 1: Approximately 19 weeks.
Study 2: Screening process + around 9 weeks.
