What is a Bunion?

A bunion is a bony bump that forms at the base of your big toe.
Study Purpose
Test study medication after bunion removal.
Requirements
​
· 18-75 yrs. Old
· Body Mass Index<40
· Undergo bunion surgery
Study Appointment Schedule
Patients will have a screening appointment (labs, vitals, ECG, bloodwork, urinalysis, etc), stay at our inpatient unit for 3 nights and 4 days.
Major Disqualifications
​
· No painful conditions (RA, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Migraines, etc)
· History of cancer within the past 5 years

Post Operative Pain Medication

Approximately 6 weeks
