Weight loss
Obesity is linked to serious health risks like type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and early death.
Lifestyle changes alone often aren’t enough for long-term weight loss, and surgery (while effective) is not widely used.
New medications are now available and offer effective, safer options to help people manage their weight.
